Tuna: Before the can
There is not much that I enjoy more than delicious fish. While some fish stocks are being depleted, yellowfin tuna is not one of these species. Much of yellowfin tuna is pole-caught, a more sustainable fishing method than trawling. Most of the yellowfin tuna catch is canned, so by now you may likely have already eaten some of it.
